Instructions for use

To use the Terrateck carbide sharpener:

Place the knife on a hard, flat surface, with the cutting edge facing up. One hand holds the sharpener, the other holds the knife. Make sure the remaining four fingers are in the finger guard.
Position the knife edge near the handle with the "V" shaped notch in the sharpener. The sharpening head should be positioned at an angle of about 90° to the edge of the knife. Press lightly with your thumb and slide the sharpener along the blade.
After use, clean the knife with water or a cloth and clean the sharpener with a brush.

Attention

Please note that this knife sharpener is not suitable for sharpening scissors and serrated blades. To avoid damaging the knife, please sharpen the knife lightly and do not sharpen it back and forth. Keep the sharpener and knife out of the reach of children to avoid any accidents.
